①Two high temperature resistant burners allow the equipment to use energy of oil or gas.
②Dual track design allow the equipment to heat two pcs workpieces in same time. It is flexible to switch differenct sizes of workpieces for heating when produce low volume order.
③The workpiece can be automatically load under the control of an intelligent PLC system, heated within the set temperature range, and then discharged at the set forging speed. It runs automatically.
The equipment can be equipped with 6-axis robots or horizontal manipulator, can be equipped with automatic bending mechanism, coining mechanism, GO/NGO sorting mechanism, conveyor belt, chute, etc.
